The Booth Co. manages the complete setup and ongoing maintenance of the photo booth. From delivery and installation to routine inspections, monitoring, cleaning, restocking and technical support, every operational requirement is handled by our team.
Centre staff are not required to operate, clean, refill, monitor or troubleshoot the booth.
Once the agreement, booth location and site access are confirmed, we aim to complete delivery, installation and full system testing within 14 business days.
Our team coordinates the installation with centre management at an approved time to minimise disruption to visitors, retailers and daily centre operations.

Shopping-centre layouts and leasing priorities may change over time. Where reasonably possible, we can relocate the booth to another approved area within the centre.
The Booth Co. will assess, coordinate and manage the relocation with centre management while minimising disruption to centre operations.
Our objective is to establish reliable, long-term relationships with our venue partners. Throughout the agreed placement period, we remain responsible for the booth’s operation, presentation and maintenance. We remain flexible regarding future relocation, renewal or expansion as the partnership develops.
We monitor the booth system and respond to technical alerts or reported issues. A dedicated customer-support number will be clearly displayed on the booth so visitors can contact The Booth Co. directly 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Immediate remote assistance will be available, with prompt on-site technical support arranged when physical attendance is required.
From installation and 15-day inspections to 24/7 customer support and ongoing technical care, The Booth Co. manages the complete operational process with no day-to-day maintenance responsibility placed on centre staff.
