The Booth Co. is committed to operating every photo booth with appropriate physical safeguards, secure payment handling, responsible photo-data practices and suitable insurance protection. Required documentation will be prepared and provided to centre management where applicable.

Safe Booth Placement

Each booth location will be reviewed and approved with centre management before installation. Placement will consider pedestrian flow, clear emergency routes, customer accessibility, equipment stability and safe power and cable management.

Secure Payments and Refund Support

Pricing displayed before payment

Customer support available for payment concerns

Refunds assessed and processed by The Booth Co. when a paid service is not delivered correctly

Payments processed through Nayax, with full card details never stored by The Booth Co.

Photo and Data Privacy

Photographs will not be used for advertising, social media or analytics without permission

Local photographs may be retained for up to 30 days to support delivery and customer assistance

Any overseas cloud processing will be disclosed clearly in the Privacy Policy

Access to stored photographs will be limited to authorised personnel

Public and Product Liability Insurance

“The Booth Co. currently holds $20 million Public and Product Liability Insurance suitable for operating a self-service photo booth in shopping centres and other public venues. A current Certificate of Currency will be provided before installation, subject to the requirements of the individual centre.

WorkCover insurance will also be maintained where legally required by future employment arrangements.

24/7 Customer Assistance

A customer-support number will be displayed clearly on the booth and answered by a member of The Booth Co. team 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Remote support will be provided first, with on-site assistance arranged promptly when physical attendance is required.

Technology we use

Our photo booths combine professional photography equipment with reliable self-service technology. Each booth includes a DSLR camera, studio-quality lighting, a user-friendly display, an instant photo printer, an integrated Nayax contactless payment terminal, QR-code digital delivery and remote monitoring. These systems work together to provide consistent photo quality, convenient payments and dependable day-to-day operation.
